15 Central Park West

This luxury, high rise condo building is on the north side of Central Park in New York City and is home to many celebrities.

WDF outfitted all plumbing for the entire building including the condos, the health facilities and its pool and saunas, the recreation floor and cinema, the wine cellar and laundry rooms. Special water features were installed in the entrance driveways. An enhancement system, storm water reclamation tanks for the cooling towers and irrigation complete with pumps and filtering systems. A back up redundant domestic hot water system was also installed. A commercial kitchen for the tenants' convenience was installed in the lobby.

Bovis Lend Lease LMB, Inc. was the contractor. Robert A.M. Stern was the architect and the engineering was completed by Schuman Lichtenstein Claman & Efron.
