One Hanson Place

One Hanson Place, formerly declared an historic landmark in1977, sits in Brooklyn with its distinctive gilded clock tower looking over the city as an important part of Brooklyn's revitalization.

WDF Inc. helped renovate the iconic Williamsburg Clock Tower building with complete installation of HVAC system, both heating and cooling with BMS control. The building was completely gutted up to the exterior walls and new heating and cooling systems were installed from the sub-cellar to 36th floor dome.

The Dermot Company, Inc. is the client and the General contractor is Hunter Roberts. The architect is H. Thomas O'Hara and Edward Zuck is the engineer.
