New York County Family Court

The New York County Family Court is located at 60 Lafayette Street, New York 10013 in lower Manhattan, between Franklin and Leonard Streets.

WDF Inc, a GreenStar Company, has been contracted to complete a very detailed full renovation of more than 100,000 square feet for six floors, including 15 custom wood courtrooms and supporting facilities which include: holding cells, bathrooms, judges' robing rooms, attorney's rooms, corridors and waiting areas.

Special highlights include: custom angled ceramic floor tiles, custom full height oak millwork that's detailed into doors, chair rails and wall tiles, custom oak judges benches, witness stands and attorney tables, four glass observatories, steel/concrete work to infill areas creating more usable office space, occupied building (courts are in sessions).

The Morganti Group is the CM and DASNY is the owner.

Duration is 880 continuous calendar days and will be completed by December 2009.
